Description
This is my third request to get this section of N. 2nd St. cleaned up. It is full of litter and continues to attract more illegal litter. This litter and the leaf debris clogged the sewer and what is considered a flood zone. Today someone has dropped appliances in the road. I would like a phone call 804-339-4964 to know when the city is going to clean this neighborhood up we should not have to fight for the same services that other areas of the city get. I should not have to send three requests!
