Description
Tree appears to be dead and falling apart. It is dropping branches and large pieces of bark onto the sidewalk and road on a daily basis, and during storms there are pieces of the tree that sometimes fly into the side of the house. There are multiple large branches that have broken off and are only suspended by other branches, and will likely fall into the road at some point. There are power lines running through the branches that are at risk.
