Description
Neighbor tree limb from the tree in their yard (broken) is blocking the sidewalk. Large limb barely hanging on. The remainder looks like it will break completely off at any time. Limb from this tree has been blocking the city sidewalk since last week. Hazardous area~don’t want anyone to fall or hurt themselves. Thank you!
