    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on Blandy Ave between Jahnke Rd and Wainwright Dr measured 17mph in the 25-mph speed limit zone. Speed tables are not planned.
