Description
Road not properly paved after a 30 year lapse and with the snow, rains and ice, it will soon develop into hote. It is disintegrating now. The contractor should be made to repave as it is breaking up less than a year after the rooms were repaved in Windsor Farms after 30 or 35 years of no repair.
