Description
Curb is too low. See attached image where the curb is on the same horizontal plane as the pavement. This causes the bumpouts to have little to no impact on pedestrian safety as cars can drive over the curb without even noticing. This happens regularly during rush hour when drivers are on their phones and not looking at the road.
