Description
People are parking in the narrow choke point area around the crosswalk on M St next to the Roosevelt at the 25th & M/Jefferson roundabout. There should be a no parking sign limiting parking to outside the choke point (where the mini-median splits M St with the crosswalk) because there is little room to turn onto M St.
