Description
Due to construction dumpsters being moved in and out of this alley, the gravel has been destroyed and ruts are forming. Mud is now a problem, not only in the alley but running into the streets. This alley runs behind the 4500 block of New Kent Avenue and also paralell to Wodbine Road, terminating at Archer Avenue
