Description

The ssxtion of woodcliff ave from meadowbridge to brookland needs a speed hump. Cars speed down the narrow road (should really be a one way street). Cars have been hit multiple times and mirrors swiped. Children play in this neigborhood and could get hit.

    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed on Woodcliff Ave between Meadowbridge Rd and Brookland Park Blvd measured 20 mph in a 25-mph zone. Speed tables are not planned.
