Description
Storm on 2/12 caused broken limbs. One small limb currently hanging on power line. Second damaged limb from another tree still attached but dangling over power line and making alley unsafe to cars and pedestrians. Limb has been reported to Dominion energy on 2/12 and 2/13 but ticket has not been assigned because the limb has not yet caused an outage.
