Description

Contractor excavated multiple locations in southbound lanes of Libbie. Work has been completed over a month, with cold patches remaining. Intersection at 400 Grove, in front of 7-11, has been repatched a couple of times and continues to fail. All other patches are uneven and failing. Contractor needs to come back and replace asphalt per city guidebook.
