Description
A new apartment building is going to start leasing apartments at the end of February 2025. It is going to greatly increase traffic on West Grace Street coming out of the parking deck. Our main parking lot is on Grace and our employees have to cross Grace to our office on Monument. We are concerned about the increased traffic flow and the danger it will present pedestrians crossing over.
