Description

Hazardous roadway conditions exist here. Do NOT designate South Drive as a “detour route” for the Cherokee Road “side-walk” project. The RVA DPU must position delineation markers along roadside vertical drops where NO shoulders or curbs exist. The RVA DPU must eliminate chronic stormwater flooding along the swale (low-section) of South Drive. Include South Drive in the 2025 / 2026 infastructure budget. No “detour / turn-around” sites exist on South Drive. Scottview Drive is NOT driveable.
