Description
I have called 3 times reporting that city Super cans are blocking a path of egress to my home illegally. This violates law 46.2–818. The state blocking legal pathway to my home. In the 19 years, I’ve lived here trash cans have been returned to their owners alleyway every week until recently. If there is a change in policy, that should be communicated to all residents in the area. Once again, this violates a law on the books blocking egress to my property by state action. Again that law is 46.2–818. This is now the third time I have reported this particular incident. Twice on the phone in the past, I have moved the trash cans, but I am not on the states payroll. If there is a change in trash, pick up policy where trash cans are left in front of my garage. You will need to rent that space.
