Description
there's a tree very large tree it is dropping limbs and hanging on another tree. Caller is concerned she doesn't know who property it is own it is at the end of her driveway across the road she thinks it may be a COR tree. This is a major hazard and the tree needs an assessment before the tree falls and hurts someone or somebody.
