Description
vegetation has crept into roadway, making lane noticeably narrower causing traffic to cross the yellow median to pass. this is very dangerous on the curvy portions of Riverside drive. During the last snow, a plow moved some of the leaves and debris off to the side and 3-6 ft of roadway was uncovered, but due to the nature of the plowing, the roadway is still narrowed. This continues all the way to the Reedy Creek entrance to James River Park at Hillcrest Ave.
