Description
W. 21st Street is randomly named Manatosh and needs signs to be corrected. There are no homes with W. 21st address. The city recently requested that VDOT update the city inventory and it listed the street as W. 21st Street. Neighbors tried under the developer to have the street signs replaced to reflect W. 21st Street.
