Description

The tree well in front of 1121 West Avenue has a dead tree stump that needs to be removed. We would like to plant a tree ( with proper permit) this spring as part of our neighborhood Garden Tour. 1121 West Avenue Richmond 23220 is a rental property, with very little interest in upkeep or front maintenance from the rental owner.
