Description

One tree that is on my property intersects with the sidewalk has had a lot of large dead branches falling on the sidewalk. An Arborist said the tree needs to come down but is city property and is the reason I’m contacting RVA 311. Another tree that is on an easement and intersects with power lines is also dropping a lot of branches and is hazardous to pedestrians.
