Description
This “pothole” is actually a manhole that is set several inches below the road surface, enough to dip the car significantly. You basically have the choice to hit it directly and ruin your alignment or swerve into the other lane of traffic, an all to common occurrence that is especially dangerous with traffic and buses. It is heading east on Broad, second lane in from the right, and the one that leads to the I-95 loop.
