Description

Woodcliff Avenue needs a speed bump. People speed down this road at dangerous speeds. Someone will get hit. Thisnroad is a popular cut through to highland park from meadowview.

    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed on Woodcliff Ave between Meadowbridge Rd and Brookland Park Blvd measured 20 mph in a 25-mph zone. Speed tables are not planned.
