Description
A tree was previously planted in this location but was not replanted after it died. This area is part of the public right-of-way and would benefit greatly from a replacement tree to enhance the neighborhood’s aesthetics, provide shade, and contribute to environmental sustainability. The buffer zone appears to meet the necessary space requirements for a new tree, with sufficient distance from both the sidewalk and the street to avoid future damage to infrastructure.
