    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed on 20th St between T St and Brauers Lane measured 22mph in a 25-mph zone. Speed tables are not planned.
