Description
Large black trash bag left in strip between sidewalk and street for weeks. The trash bag is not secured and trash spills out and blows down the street onto other properties and jnto the street. This has been a continuous issue over the last year with many 311 requests sent. There are safety cones, a skateboard and other various debris that blocks the sidewalk at times.
