Description
The houses that face the parallel street (Seneca Road) store their trash cans in the public right away of Westview Avenue. This is outside their property lines and blocks flow of traffic, parking, and creates a single lane street that makes it unsafe for pedestrians. There is an adjacent easment that is not maintained but could house the cans instead of on the street. Or can the cans be picked up on Seneca instead to simply fix this issue?
