Description
Citizen called in requesting trash can for her building. Would not confirm personal information/if she had DPU account at her address. Citizen advised there was trash everywhere on the ground near her building, wanted to know how trash cans were placed at buildings. Advised about trash cans per DPU account, how prices change between residential and business accounts, and how if buildings require more than 4 trash cans that we ask owners to contract with a dumpster service. Citizen hung up.
