Description
The area where 23rd street transitions into Pink street results in a "runway" for vehicles (I notice at least four per day) to pick up speeds greater than 45mph. A speed table would greatly mitigate the impact to public safety this stretch of open road poses. I would suggest placing it South of the cobblestone section where Pink St. turns into 23rd street.
