Description
There is a deep pothole in the lefthand turn lane on Azalea (turning left onto Chamberlayne), has been there for a while. Recently a new huge oval shaped pothole has opened up in the middle of the intersection. Interferes w cars coming in most directions on that interstate. Pothole is long and deep.
