Caller states it a pothole in the middle of Classic Crescent Armstrong Renaissance Apartment Complex on 31st street Richmond VA 23223 she states its a huge gaping hole in the back and she has a rollator and expressed that to the rental property but the rental property keep telling her its the COR Caller lives on 3200 North Rabza Blvd, 23223 apt 217 its within her complex
