Description
Reported 10/24/24 DPW000186331. After getting Sam Patterson involved, it was resolved 11/15. It's happening again. Began keeping my recycle can behind my fence. Put can outside gate last night. When I went to put back behind fence, noticed it was heavy. It wasn't emptied as someone had put a trash bag. Thinking they'd put recycling in bag, I ripped open. It was trash. Now, it's full of recycling & trash. Neither will empty now. Again, please empty cans so they can be used as intended 2/8/25 saw 2 city guys & a truck Wed. Tops were down on the recycling cans. So, I figured when trash came, they emptied all cans, not just trash. took trash out today, recycling cans still full of trash.
