Description
Alleyway is mixed Cobblestone/Gravel/Asphalt. Many cobblestones were torn up and taken away by people so there are many ruts and holes in the alley. Asphalt is broken off and ends a few feet from the sidewalk entrance. This makes moving trashcans etc very hard as they need to be pulled over very rough surfaces. Alley is between 807 and 809 N 21st Street. Pictures attached are from a few months ago and show overgrowth that occurs due to no paving.
