Description
This request was closed with a note indicating the information was sent DPU. The original request should not be closed until the service request has been completed. DPW should make DPU accountable, follow up until completion, then close the ticket. My request is to the City, I don’t care whose responsibility. Street is muddy street is dangerous. I would rather action plan than closing the ticket. City water main broke, cities contractor created mess during repairs, the city is responsible.
