Description
Driving down riverside drive, by pony pasture parking lot and there is a dead tree hanging into the street and possibly blocking the right of way, caller says the top of his pick up truck touched the branches while driving pass, location is closer to the round about says it would be impossible for a box truck or something similar to pass without going into the oncoming traffic lane, from what he can see there are no power lines, caller did not want to be responsible for contacting non emergency
