    Gaps in traffic for pedestrians to safely cross is a key issue for pedestrians crossing the street. There are sufficient gaps in traffic at Harlan Circle and Oak Lane especially given the all-way stop at this intersection, so crosswalks are not planned. Also, the latest nine years of DMV crash data (1.1.16 – 12.31.24) showed no reported pedestrian crashes.
