Description
On Chippenham Parkway from the City of Richmond Limits of Chesterfield County to Henrico County, the trees are covering the Highway Street Lights that makes the highway in some areas darker than what it seems. The tree limbs needs to be cut around the highway street lights and trimmed so that the branches and/or bushes do not lean too far on the highway. This includes the exits of Forest Hill Avenue, Huguenot Road, and Stony Point Parkway.
