Description
Request new One Way Sign infront of the East 21st Street Entrance to the Dollar General Store Driveway because customers will come out of that entrance and may not be aware that East 21st Street is a One Way and people come out of this street to turn on Hull Street rather than turning into the One Way Direction towards Decatur Street.
