Description
Please install traffic calming measures on Pepper Avenue between Patterson Ave and Three Chopt Road. Drivers use the road as a cut through and routinely ignore the two stop signs on the road or speed between the stop signs. There are no sidewalks, and many children walk along the road to get to or from school. Speed bumps were installed on the parallel stretch of St. Christopher's Road several years ago and have been very successful.
