Description

The alleyway's asphalt is completely torn up. It has been this way for quite some time and I see a request for repair on the other entrance side. This entrance side is cracked, holey, often fills with stagnant water after rain and we see roaches near it, and extremely unpleasant to walk/bike/drive over.
