Stop sign for drivers headed down E Grace St to N 21st St is turned so much that drivers headed down N 21st St to E Main St may be confused whether or not they need to stop at E Grace St. Stop sign needs to be turned so it faces drivers headed east on E Grace St. Also, DPW000135458 can be closed.
