Description
There is a carry-on trailer parked on Enslow Ave between Pollock & Burns. It has a significant amount of collected garbage piled up. The trailer has been there for more than a month and the trash is attracting vermin. Additionally the loose trash is scattering throught the street and onto the property of others. The owner of the trailer has had it parked in front of his house on the public street and has not gotten rid of the trash, but instead only collected more.
