Description
Litter leaf debris cleanup needs to happen on the part of N. 2nd St. between Hill St and the railroad tracks. This is a constant area that needs cleanup. Sewer openings are blocked and we are in a flood zone on Valley Road. Code Enforcement needs to get with the property owners and get the vegetation cut down. We are a neglected part of the city and we pay taxes down here and flood insurance sidewalks are grown up with vegetation so anybody wanting to use them cannot
