Description

I would like to request speed bumps on Reedy Ave. People use Reedy Ave as a pass through between Forest Hill Ave and Westover Hills Ave, often at high speed and running through the three way stops signs at 45th & Reedy & Taylor Ave.

    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed on Reedy Ave between Westover Hills Blvd and W. 45th St measured 17mph. This sample complies with the posted 25 mph speed. Speed tables are not planned. Contact the Richmond Police Department (804.646.5100) to report vehicles running stop signs.
