Description
CITIZEN HOUSE SETTING AND HAS LEAKING FIRE HYDRANT AND NOW ICE ALL OVER SIDEWALK AND ICE PATCH IS CAUSING PEOPLE NOT TO BE ABLE TO WALK ON SIDEWALK AND HYDRNT STILL LEAKING Hydrant has been leaking, reported earlier. Now with significant ice and leaking onto sidewalk and road which are frozen. Sidewalk impassable due to thick ice.
