Description

Several trash bags and trash items strewn about, trash cans in alley roadway. Trash collection left the cans out in the roadway like this, despite the fact that they are typically kept in a line against this fence, out of the way. This is a public health hazard and makes properly disposing of future trash more difficult for tenants.
