Description
It is impossible to see to from Mulberry at this intersection and people drive over the speed limit often through this stretch of Grove. Adding some kind of measure to help with visibility or a four way stop would increase driver and pedestrian safety.

All all-way stops must meet the warrants in the MUTCD. The intersection of Grove Ave and Mulberry St does not meet the traffic requirements for an all-way stop.
