Description

Sidewalk is completely blocked and also causes a blind spot coming from the alleyway. I put in a request for this and it was closed. Making another one to get someones attention. There’s a functioning church that parks here on Sundays and a busy neighborhood with people who actively walk here. It looks bad, and it shouldn’t be that hard to send a landscaper to fix it.
