Description
It is 25 mph on Bainbridge St and I have seen cars not only fly between 24th street and Cowardin Ave, but 5 times I have seen cars speed around cars who are going the speed limit. A new assisted living facility is going up around Bainbridge and 21st and if older people are out walking around and if a lot more people are going to be turning onto 21st street, some easement needs to be put in place.
