Description

The light sensor for vehicles on Bliley Rd is not triggered until a vehicle has been waiting for 90 seconds. This then triggers the 20 second warning before finally changing around 2 minutes. This happens at all times of day instead of during peak traffic, causing vehicles to sit on Bliley when there is no traffic in either direction on Forest Hill. Requesting a recurrent signal change at time intervals like on Westover & Forest Hill Ave or adjust the current sensor to change the light sooner.
