speed limit is 15 but citizen was s truck by a citizen going 40 miles an hour and had to go to hospital asking for speed bumps

    Speed data for Chestnut Park Lane for an entire week at different times of the week for day and night is available to DPW. The speeds ranged 1-19 mph throughout the week. Two specific time periods follow: Midday showed 5-8mph. Early afternoon showed 4-17mph. Speed tables are not planned. My suggestion is to share your concerns about speeding with your neighbors.
