Description
Construction site usually has 1 side of road/sidewalk closed, today there’s a road closed sign & the sidewalk is closed but there is no sign. I live in The Scout & walked out onto Myers St without seeing any signs so I was surprised to encounter the closed sidewalk. I had to walk all the way around my building to get out. There is nothing preventing drivers or pedestrians from turning left out of the parking lot & running into the construction site w/ no way to get thru. Pic is from other side.

Comments
- Staff · January 30, 2025An inspector visited this location and spoke with the construction superintendent; the contractor is in the process of adding signage for the drivers coming out of the parking lots on the Northbound side of Myers Street; superintendent stated that the proper signs were up and appear to have been removed/stolen; the inspector will periodically check this location for maintenance of proper signage.
